DECISION ON APPLICATION

In terms of the National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998), (“NEMA”), the KZN Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (“EDTEA”) has granted the applicant, the KZN Department of Education (“DoE”), authorisation to develop Amaoti No. 3 Secondary School.

APPEALS PROCESS

Registered interested and affected parties (“I&APs”) are advised that an appeal to the decision taken by the Department may be lodged in terms of the National Appeal Regulations, 2014 (as amended). Any I&AP who wishes to appeal must also serve a copy of the appeal to all registered I&APs and any Organ of State with interest in the matter.
