Fixed Term Contract (until 31 December 2024)

PURPOSE

To provide entry level support on a range of HR services.

JOB OUTPUTS

  • Labour Relations:
    • Provide guidance and training on labour relations policies and procedures
    • Monitor and facilitate disciplinary and grievance processes
    • Monitor and facilitate incapacity processes
    • Document and update policies
  • Recruitment:
    • Provide guidance on recruitment processes
    • Compile Job Profiles, Job Advertisements and Interview Guides
    • Screen and shortlist applicants
    • Schedule and conduct interviews and assessments
    • Co-ordinate Induction and Probationary processes
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with data management for online performance management tool
    • Provide guidance and training on the performance management system
  • Information Management
    • Compile contracts of employment
    • Assisting with legislative and people data reports
  • HR Projects: assist with implementation of HR projects

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALITIES

  • Human Resources Diploma/Degree OR 2 plus years experience
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Located in Cape Town (Southern Suburbs) with mobility to travel to sites
